Privacy Policy

This site is operated by the Coalition to Remember the 1906 Atlanta Race Massacre, a Georgia Nonprofit Corporation.

We use privacy-preserving analytics that set no cookies and do not track visitors across sites. Information you submit through a form on this site is used only to respond to you and to organize the 1906 Remembrance Exposition Week.

Donations, registration, membership and sponsorship are handled by Zeffy, under its own terms and privacy policy. Those forms sit inside our pages, and the documentary trailer sits inside our own section, but neither loads until you open it. Nothing is requested from Zeffy or Vimeo while you are only reading. Volunteer sign-up is not on this site at all: the links on our volunteer page take you to Hands On Atlanta, which handles that sign-up under its own terms and privacy policy.

Once you open a Zeffy form, Zeffy loads its own payment and analytics providers inside that form, including Stripe, PayPal, Google, HubSpot, LinkedIn, Microsoft Clarity and Amplitude, and those providers may set cookies under Zeffy's policy rather than ours. Opening the trailer loads the Vimeo player, which we request in Vimeo's do-not-track mode.
